Originally a Canadian Tire outlet, our client had a plan which envisaged conversion to a multi-tenant building while adding density to the balance of the site.

TAC was engaged to:

  • Co-ordinate physical pre-purchase due diligence

  • Provide cost input to viability study

  • Provide Construction Management for both conversion and added buildings

  • Co-ordinate requirements of new tenancies

  • Build-out turn-key tenancies where applicable

This continuous involvement affords the Client immediate access to updated project costing and timely information with which to assess new potential leases.
