Designed to accommodate the amalgamated activities of General Mills Canada & Pillsbury, this suburban office complex comprises 110,000 sf of single user space designed specifically to allow for 30,000 sf of vertical expansion and a simple transition to multiple tenant use should future needs dictate.

Located on a high profile site adjacent  to Highway 401, this complex nevertheless enjoys close proximity to and panoramic views of a deeply wooded ravine at the rear of the site.  The building design makes full use of this feature with its lounge, cafeteria and roof terrace overlooking and opening directly onto this space.

Engaged by the Owner at the outset of this undertaking, (TAC) was able to :

  • Provide Cost Assumptions for Project Viability

  • Assist in Lease Negotiations

  • Advise on Procurement Strategy

  • Develop Suitable Contract Documentation

  • Negotiate with & Engage Design-Build Entity

  • Direct Design Evolution

  • Oversee Design-Build Activity

  • Coordinate On-going Tenant  Requirements

  • Manage Commissioning Program

All within predetermined Budgetary & Scheduling constraints.
