Designed and built specifically for Microsoft's use, this 160,000 sf Corporate Headquarters represents truly the "State of the Art" in modern office design.

Large open floor plates, indirect "ceilingless" lighting, floor to ceiling curtain wall and a "Building Technology Platform" (BTP) plug & play electrical and HVAC system are the main features of this user friendly complex.

While not completely new to the industry, this generation of BTP was completely researched and redesigned by the Project Team to ensure the optimum in both overall conditioning performance and flexibility to deal with future "churn".

Engaged by the Owner at the outset of this undertaking, (TAC) was able to :  

  • •Assemble Professional Design Team
  • •Manage & Direct Conceptual Design
  • •Provide Cost Assumptions for Project Viability
  • •Assist with lease negotiations, particularly with reference to Construction Exhibit  
  • •Provide direction to design team through Construction Documents and Working Drawings
  • •Provide overall Project & Construction Management
  • •Manage Commissioning Program
All within predetermined budgetary and scheduling constraints.  

This process is designed to provide the Owner with a "seamless" Management Service to ensure that the strategy envisaged at the viability stage is successfully carried out, hence our adoption of the simple "Information to Implementation" tag line to describe the service we provide.
