The nature of this transaction, taking place during the Construction phase of the program, necessitated our negotiating an extremely steep learning curve in order to immediately address the on-going requirements of the Construction Schedule, while restructuring assumed Construction & Development Contracts with an aggregate value approaching $100,000,000 and redesigning the product to reflect the change from a single user facility to a more traditional multi-tenant complex.

This facility includes electrical servicing from two separate power grids as well as a myriad of redundancy and capacity features suitably supported by significant emergency generation, which when coupled with it's large , open span, floor plates makes it a leader in modern Class A office accommodation.
